Cancellations & refunds

Bookings made through this site are completed and fulfilled by GetYourGuide, our booking partner. Most tickets and tours booked through our partner offer free cancellation for a full refund — typically up to 24 hours before your selected start time. The exact cancellation window for your chosen option is shown on the GetYourGuide booking screen before you pay, and in your confirmation email. To cancel or change a booking, use the link in your GetYourGuide confirmation email or your GetYourGuide account; refunds are issued by GetYourGuide to your original payment method. We are an independent booking guide: we do not take payment, issue tickets, or process refunds ourselves, so cancellations are handled directly by GetYourGuide.
